We are able to offer services face to face, via telephone or video call. We operate in-person clinics from a holistic health venue close to Walthamstow Central Station.

We offer short, medium and longer term psychological therapy to individuals (aged 11 upwards), couples or families.

Fees and insurers

Sessions last 50 minutes and are priced between £100 – £150 depending on the therapist and service.

We work with self-funded clients and also a number of major insurance companies including: Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA, Vitality, Cigna, Allianz.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services.
